Patient Account Representative

The Patient Account Representative is responsible for in office patient collections, insurance verifications and prior authorizations, and cost estimations for procedures. The PAR will work closely with other PARs, medical office receptionists, and clinical staff to create an excellent patient experience in addition to a cohesive work environment. The PAR also works closely with patients to act as a liaise between them and their insurance company. Prior medical office experience is required.
