During her 21 years of involvement she has led fundraising, membership recruitment and service projects. She served as the local club President in 2001. Dr. Jackson accepted leadership roles within District 21 of Quota International in 2003, which subsequently led to her election to the International Board of Directors in 2006. She currently is completing her one year term as International President.
During her term Dr. Jackson used the theme of Delivering Possibilities to describe the impact Quota International is having in countless lives and the 280 local communities within 14 countries with service clubs. It also speaks to the transformation occurring in the organization as it moves to web based operations, a contemporary web site, and development of new promotional opportunities through electronic media. Dr. Jackson comments regarding her volunteer work in Quota, " I have always received more from Quota through the opportunity to grow in leadership and personal development than I ever gave Quota. It has made my world larger and the world as a whole smaller to me. Through Quota I have friendships around the globe that are among the most meaningful of my life."
